If you received less money than the amount you withdrew or redeemed, the following factors could be the cause:

1. Capital Gains Tax
As per regulations, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) is deducted from your redemption amount by the Asset Manager at the time of redemption. This could result in a difference between the amount you initially withdrew and the final amount received.

2. Order Placement Time
If you placed your order after 4 PM, the Net Asset Value (NAV) allocated to your order will be based on the NAV of the next working day. Variations in NAV between the day you placed the order and the day it is processed can affect the final withdrawal amount.
