You can easily track the history of your orders on the Orders page of the Behtari app. Follow the steps provided here to navigate to your order history.
Each individual order goes through the following three steps:
1. Order Placed
This is the initial step when you place your order. It confirms that you’ve successfully initiated the order.
2. Order Processing
At this stage, the order details are sent to the Asset Management Company (AMC), and we are waiting for their approval to proceed with the order.
3. Order Completed/Rejected
In the final step, the order will either be completed (successfully processed) or rejected (due to an issue with the order or the AMC).
