Yes, there are regulatory limits on mutual fund investments in Pakistan, set by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The limits depend on the type of account you hold. Here’s a detailed breakdown:

For Sahulat Account Holders

Limit Type

Amount

Maximum Annual Investment Limit

Rs 800,000

Cumulative Investment Limit at Any Point in Time

Rs 1,000,000

Maximum Transaction Limit

Rs 400,000

If you reach these limits or wish to invest more, you will need to upgrade to a Sarmayakari Account.

💡

All accounts opened through Behtari are Sahulat Accounts by default. Users may choose to later upgrade to Sarmaayakari No Limit Account.

For Sarmayakari Account Holders
